It all started with the idea of making a small steering wheel desk for passenger cars. Every great journey begins somewhere — and this was the beginning of Acom’s story.
When an idea comes to mind, it takes flight like a little bird — growing through imagination and dreams until it reaches greater ambitions. We were young, full of energy, and eager to build our own business while still studying and serving in the military.
Our first project was designing and producing a car steering desk. Although the concept was inspired by a foreign model, even reproducing a design requires precision mold making, proper execution, market research, and marketing. Moreover, we had to deal with the real challenges of production in Iran — especially the rising costs of raw materials due to ongoing sanctions.
And then came the bigger questions:
How should we introduce our product?
How could we sell it across the country?
What about packaging and delivery?
Despite all the challenges, we succeeded.
By solving these problems for just one product, we built the foundations of Acom. From that point on, it didn’t matter whether we had one product or a hundred — we had created a complete business cycle.
Our business model was shaped according to Alexander Osterwalder’s theory — a set of elements and relationships that define how a company creates and delivers value.
Acom’s value proposition is built on innovation, efficiency, thoughtful design, branding, fair pricing, and convenience.
Today, Acom manufactures several products, has new ones under development, and also assembles and distributes selected items.
